Fourk is one of the most engaging, welcoming, and delicious dining experiences I've ever had.

FOURK KITCHEN

Fourk is a restaurant concept created to change the way people experience a formal four-course dining service and make it casual and approachable. By utilizing more mainstream ingredients and keeping our menu simple, we can offer this experience at a more reasonable price for our guests.

Fourk is reservations only. We are open four nights a week Wednesday thru Saturday with one 24-person seating a night. We have a happy hour which starts at 5:30 p.m. Please be sure to arrive no later than 6:15 p.m. for dinner. The cost is $54 per person and our menu consists of four set courses of food that change monthly on the first Wednesday of each month. Wine and beer pairings are also available at an additional charge. Our environment is warm, comfortable, and casual while maintaining a classy feel. There are no dining “rules” at Fourk except this:

Be yourself, have a great time, and most importantly, enjoy the people you’re with.

Veteran Owned Restaurant Rooted in the Values of Service, Courage, and Commitment

In 2015 Paul Jansen left his 14-year career as a Reginal Director for a fortune 300 company to pursue his true passion, cooking,  entertaining and making people happy through what he loved to do. With no restaurant experience, and zero culinary training he opened Citizen Vine wine bar tapas restaurant in Lincoln CA using the recipes he used to serve his friends and family. In 2019 he opened Fourk Kitchen. The concept came about from pre-fixe dining experiences which were sometimes intimidating, pretentious, and more expensive. In a contrast to that, Fourk was created as a more casual, approachable, and less expensive option. The word restaurant means to restore, which is exactly the goal of Fourk Kitchen.

Our goal is simple. “We want guests to leave happier than when they came in, provide a reprieve from our chaotic lives and have a feeling restoration when they leave”

Our Lincoln location is one of the few restaurants to achieve a perfect 5 stars on yelp

Paul and his staff add so much to the experience as a whole. They take you through their history, introduce you to the staff, talk about the restaurant and go through each course in detail. They make you feel like you belong there and you are a part of something special, and you really are!!!

This has to be my most delicious, intimate, romantic, and fun experience I've had in northern California. All of the food was amazing. The story and experience behind the restaurant is inspirational and makes you want to keep coming back. The whole ambiance it relaxed and casual and feels like home.

My wife and I have been every month since they opened. We weren't sure what to expect, but after our first visit, we fell in love with it. Paul has a passion for food and expresses himself in incredibly well in sharing this entire experience with his guests. Jessica is a gem and truly caters to each individual to make the experience as memorable as possible. The food is excellent, the experience is a treat, but most of all for me, the passion and the humor make this a monthly date night for my wife and I.
