On Aug 19that 6:00 p.m. we will be doing a virtual tasting event with Daou Winery from Paso Robles. This tasting will be led by Daou wine ambassador Master Sommelier Fred Dame, one of the most renowned and revered sommeliers in the world. You will be tasting 4 bottles of Daou wine 2019 Rose, 2019 Chardonnay, 2018 Pessimist Red Blend, 2018 Cabernet
which will need to be picked up prior to the event at either Citizen Vine in Folsom or Fourk Kitchen in Lincoln.
The cost is just $95. There is also an option to add a meat and cheese pairing to the wines for $25.

Fourk is a restaurant concept created to change the way people experience a formal four-course dining service and make it casual and approachable. By utilizing more mainstream ingredients and keeping our menu simple, we can offer this experience at a more reasonable price for our guests.
Fourk is reservations only. We are open four nights a week Wednesday thru Saturday with one 24-person seating a night. We have a happy hour which starts at 5:30 p.m. Please be sure to arrive no later than 6:15 p.m. for dinner. The cost is always $44 per person and our menu consists of four set courses of food that change monthly on the first Wednesday of each month. Wine and beer pairings are also available at an additional charge. Our environment is warm, comfortable, and casual while maintaining a classy feel. There are no dining “rules” at Fourk except this:

We are proud to source many of our fresh vegetables locally from Lincoln Hills Farms. A company dedicated to sustainably produced high quality product. In many instance Lincoln Hills Farms will grow produce specifically for Fourk depending on what our future menu will be.
